Small Project Pros handles a wide range of routine maintenance projects to keep your home running smoothly. From replacing worn fixtures and sealing gaps to prevent drafts, to gutter cleaning, caulking, we take care of the small but important tasks that prevent bigger problems down the road.
We will also consult and assit you with your job if you want to tackle it yourself but need a helping hand or started something and just need help finishing it.

If you’ve got the materials and just need a helping hand, we’re happy to jump in with the tools, experience, and attention to detail to get it done right.

At Small Project Pros, we’re all about doing quality work at a fair price. We keep our pricing simple, transparent, and easy to understand—no surprises, just honest, reliable service you can feel good about.
We charge time and materials or provide a clear upfront bid for work. Some projects may require a second set of hands, and in those cases, a helper is billed at 1/2 hourly rate. If a project requires specialized tools or skills, we’ll always let you know ahead of time and explain any adjustments.
You’re welcome to provide your own materials, or we can handle that for you. If we supply materials, we charge a fair price and will review costs with you before moving forward. If we need to pick up supplies, our standard hourly rate applies for that time.
Service Call Charge: To help cover fuel and travel costs we charge a $30 service call charge for all jobs outside Cotati & Rhonert Park.
